Urban Impact works hard to everyday helping our customers meet and exceed their waste diversion goals!

We are very aware that recycling needs to happen seamlessly and effortlessly for our clients.  To help our customers make this happen, Urban Impact focuses on four very important areas:

  1. Listen to our customers – we want to know what their goals are.
  2. Design a system that considers their objectives and physical operations.
  3. Help our customers communicate with their staff with clear signage and information sessions (“lunch and learns”)
  4. Service their location quietly, efficiently and seamlessly.

The photo in the heading of the blog is a new recycling station provided for many of our office customers.  This Recycling Station has been positively received by many of our customers and has resulted in improved diversion results.  We have also noted excellent results in terms of the quality of recyclables collected.
